THERAPY FOR LIFE & WORK STRESS IN FARMINGTON HILLS & ONLINE ACROSS MI

Finding balance amid the chaos.

Solution-focused therapy to find healthy ways to manage stress in both your work and personal life.

Sure, stress is normal sometimes…but this feels harder than it should be.

You have a lot to be proud of both personally and professionally, but it seems like things are only getting more and more chaotic. It’s hard to explain to everyone that you’re trying your best despite seeming scattered or not like yourself. In the midst of this balancing act, you keep second-guessing yourself, like you’re waiting for someone to point out that you don't belong.

You might be here because you’re…

  • Struggling to maintain a balance between work and a big life change, such as a divorce or separation

  • Overwhelmed with the demands of your career

  • Wondering if neurodivergence, such as ADHD, is impacting your productivity or focus

  • Feeling anxious, unorganized, or depressed

Let’s face it: when you’re stressed in one area of your life, it often spills over into all the others. And despite your efforts to find that balance—immersing yourself in books, podcasts, or even self-help exercises—you’re still not seeing results. It’s time for something that actually works and can change your life for the better.

When we focus on what we can control and let go of what we can’t, we start to thrive.

Is it burnout or fatigue?

Burnout usually happens when stress becomes consistently overwhelming—you’ll notice feelings of emotional exhaustion, detachment, and like you’re not accomplishing as much as you used to. It feels like hitting a wall where you feel drained physically, emotionally, and mentally.

Fatigue can come from a couple of different things, like lack of sleep, physical strain, or stress outside of work. It's that feeling of extreme tiredness, both in the body and mind, where you’re struggling to concentrate, irritable, and lacking energy.

When you’re experiencing either of these things it’s hard to maintain healthy, intimate relationships and stay on top of your own life because your body and mind are so depleted—it’s like you don’t have anything else left to give.

You deserve to feel better.

Both fatigue and burnout need attention and care to prevent them from taking a toll on your well-being. Right now it might not feel this way, but it really is possible to create a life of fulfillment, where you feel energized and confident in who you are and what you bring to the table. Therapy can help you understand how to pay attention to your feelings and trust in your own capability to take on whatever comes your way.

My approach

Together, through an initial intake session, we’ll explore your aspirations and discuss things like self-doubt, focus, and productivity concerns at work, as well as what’s going on outside of it, such as relationship concerns or big changes & transitions. In our work together, we’ll seek to find solutions that help you feel more empowered in your professional role and the other hats you wear in life.

I believe in helping you feel empowered to move forward with confidence as you understand yourself and what you’re experiencing on a deeper level. My hope is to provide you with an environment where you can connect your own thoughts and feelings, begin to trust your own intuition, and step into who you want to be, regardless of the current circumstances at work or at home.

Reclaim your work. Reclaim your relationships. Reclaim your life.
